Program Requirements

To participate in this Program you must complete our CAP Program. You may be in this Program and the CAP Program concurrently.

This Program doesn't consume a lot of your time. You attend one live or recorded one-hour, weekly presentation and complete information forms.

The High-Performance Accounting Business System Program includes the following phases:

1. High-Performance Accounting Business System
   • We present our High-Performance Accounting Business System
   • We develop your high-performance accounting business system.
   • We train and support you in implementing your high-performance accounting business system.
2. Business Plan
   • We present our High-Performance Accounting Business System business plan.
   • We develop your business plan.
   • We train and support you in implementing your business plan.
3. Organization
   • We present our High-Performance Accounting Business System organizational structure.
   • We develop your organizational structure.
   • We train and support you in managing your organization.
4. Processes
   • We present our High-Performance Accounting Business System processes.
   • We develop your processes.
   • We train and support you in implementing and managing your processes.
5. Strategies
   • We present our High-Performance Accounting Business strategies.
   • We develop your strategies.
   • We train and support you in implementing your strategies.
6. Launch
   • We launch your high-performance accounting business.

Note: Although your business will be established and operational at the completion of the program, your business is built and implemented in phases throughout the program. This enables you to begin to achieve your objectives by the time we launch your business.

Additional Information

• You place your deposit (below) to participate in the Program. The deposit reserves your participation in the Program and is applied as your first month payment.
• You are entitled to a full refund of your deposit up to the beginning of the second month of the Program.
• This is a 6 month pay-as-you go program. There are 6 monthly equal payments billed to the method of payment you provide.
• You attend a one-hour, weekly High-Performance Accounting Business System presentation or training webinar.
• Each presentation is a live, recorded webinar. If you're unable to attend a live presentation, you can watch the recording.
• Each presentation will conclude with a Q&A session.
• This is a six-month (26 week) program. The Program is 24 weeks with two, one-week breaks.
• We present, set up, train, and support you in your accounting business system during the Program.
• We ask you to complete short information forms throughout the program. Information forms include: business setup, surveys, evaluations, and reviews. This information enables us to customize your business system and improve the Program.
• While in the Program, you can email us, text us, or schedule a phone call at any time.
• We customize your Accounting Business System as we go. Therefore, your system will be complete at the end the Program.
• Although minor out-of-pocket subscriptions and fees are incurred during the development of your business, these fees are included in your Program fee. However, if you choose to incur any optional additional fees, such as Google advertising, you are liable for the payment of those fees. We will always inform you of any additional fees and allow you to choose to incur them or not.
